Cellar Addition: North Coast Old Stock Cellar Reserve Brandy Barrel

Remember when you were a kid, and you got something for Christmas that was so cool you had to go tell everyone? Well on Christmas Eve I bought myself that cool toy and I want to share with everyone.

Obviously, this is one of the finest beers in the world. I originally called North Coast in search of the Rasputin X. When they said they were out, but had this beer, I ordered two 375 ml bottles and had them shipped to my office. Total cost was approximately $30. One of these will surely be opened in the near future. The other I will save for a special occasion.

Why share this with you? Partially to brag, because we all want to have the best. Mostly, I’m posting because I want you to call North Coast and order a bottle while you can. They also have the Bourbon barrel in stock (as of Christmas), but from everything I’ve heard, the Brandy version is the way to go.

A quick note, if you have this shipped to you, they will expect an adult to sign for the package. Otherwise, no beer for you, so that’s why I shipped it to my office.
