Anyone Else Have a Bad Weekend?

So the weekend started off great.  I celebrated the wife’s birthday on Saturday.  Sunday, we planned a lazy day and I found a couple beers at the store I was planning on trying (I’ll write about that later).  But this wonderful weekend ended on a pretty sour note. 

Around 3 in the afternoon it felt like I got kicked in the stomach.  This feeling didn’t go away the rest of the night and still lingers today.  Doctor’s tell me I had a pancreatic attack.  It runs in my family, my dad has had them, and my sister has had them.  In the end I should be fine, but there’s one major problem.  Alcohol can trigger an attack.  Alcohol, the same as found in beer.  I may have to stop drinking beer.

Life without beer?  God help me.
