It’s Obvious: Governments Fear Us

After our victory over the G-men in Georgia, Brewed For Thought turned its attention to Colorado, among other places.  Well, once again, we are victorious.

While grocers and convenience stores are left out of this new law, liquor stores can now sell alcoholic beverages exceeding 3.2% on Sundays.   For more on this story, I contacted my friend Dave who lives in the Denver area.  While he had much to say, most not suitable to repeat, I did get this out of his tirade against Utah, mormons, Broncos fans, state troopers and grandma’s affinity for Bud Light.

I don’t drink, and even I thought it was moronic.

Wise words indeed Dave.

It is now obvious that Brewed For Thought is a force to be reckoned with among state legislators.  If the law is boardened to include grocers and convenience stores, we will be here to break the news, well, pass it along at least, and take full credit for leading the charge.
