Did you know that the first Saturday in May is National Homebrew Day? The Brewer’s Association coordinates an event called the Big Brew. All the information you need can be found at the Brewer’s Association’s Big Brew homepage. They provide a schedule of events, Big Brew recipes, and plenty of other resources for your Big Brew event.
So what am I doing for the Big Brew? Well, I’m being a bad homebrewer and not brewing. I did introduce my father-in-law to homebrewing with my most recent batch though, and I will be bottling said batch, so I am participating in homebrewing activities, just not brewing.
Do you have plans? Share them with us. Looking for plans, the Brewer’s Association has a list of Big Brew locations around the world where you can participate.
