Earlier this morning a large box was delivered to my office. My boss’ wife brought it to me asking “What is it, beer?” I chuckled, wondering how it was she knew the contents of the box. Am I that predictable? So you know it contained beer, but if you want to find out which beers, keep reading.

From left to right Magic Hat No. 9, Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout, Dogfish Head Brewery 120 Minute IPA and 90 Minute IPA.
Thanks to Esther in Silver Spring, MD for sending me these. For your trouble, you can expect a bottle of homebrew and a bottle of Stone’s 9th anniversary Ale.
The question I now face is what to do with these beers. The obvious answer is “drink them,” but when? As soon as possible? Do I let the 120 Minute IPA sit in the closet for a while. The bottle itself says it ages well. I’m thinking the 90 minute IPA is sure to go fast, as will the Magic Hat No. 9. Have suggestions? Feel free to share them.
Dude…every single one of those beers is my favorite beer. I would drink them as soon as you can!
