As you can probably tell, I’m a fan of Lagunitas and their seasonal brews. This summer has been good to me in that respect as I’ve been able to drink my favorite Lagunitas seasonal, Lucky 13, and be introduced to what is a new favorite, We’re Only In It For The Money. Such a good summer comes at a cost though. There have been changes to the Lagunitas release schedule. (more…)

The Lagunitas Zappa series has been interesting, that is for sure. I loved the Kill Ugly Radio brew, but the last one didn’t quite do it for me. So I had no idea what to expect when the rumor came out that the “We’re only in it For The Money” brew was going to be a Belgian Triple, something I’d never heard of Lagunitas doing. So after a lot of waiting, “Money” finally hit the shelves, and I made sure I grabbed a bottle for myself. (more…)

What really excites me about the craft brewing industry are the anniversary and tribute releases. They are typically only available once and you have to make sure you catch them while you can, or hear other people rave about them, knowing the brew will never pass over your lips.
